Return Policy

507.co accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for a refund within 14 days of original purchase. Items received after 14 days are nonrefundable. If an item needs to be exchanged, we will exchange if the size that is needed is in stock. If the exchange is out of stock we will fully refund after receiving the item back. It may take 5-10 business days to see that refund to your bank account. If after the 10 days you do not see the refund you will need to notify your bank. Please note that all sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect.

Please note that you will receive your order in however many business days the shipping takes after the order is shipped. This does not include 1-2 day processing time. Once your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days to process your order in our warehouse. Orders that our system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order. Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or orders placed on Friday after 12pm and will begin to be processed on the following Monday.

We allow a free shipping code for orders that are $100 or more. That code is FREESHIP and is posted on the homepage, if the code is forgotten to be used the shipping price is nonrefundable.
